Comfy horse is a great company, no email goes unanswered and they have helped with queries outside their remit. My heat pad arrived the next day, which was a lovely surprise. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I highly recommend them for their excellent products and their customer service.
This is my second Epiony heat pad. Definitely in my top equestrian things I need in my life! I pop it on before riding and it warms up my horses backs. The difference, especially in my old boys movement, is very noticeable. I have also used it on myself for aching muscles. It is a great product in an affordable price range.
