Fast shipping, clear description, great products. Franklin balls set is great but fed up with Franklin company who promise a free demo via QR code but can’t get to it through all the piles of marketing. Pity because that irritation marred a great experience with comfy horse. Otherwise would have give 5 star to comfy horse.

Company responded promptly to my question on email and shipped the item the same day the order was made. Delivered promptly on 48 hour tracked delivery. Well packaged and a lovely Comfy Horse Tote Bag was included, which will be very useful, thank you Laura and Claire

"Awful service and customer service!"

I paid over £5 delivery for a small package expecting quick delivery. I contacted after a few days to check progress to be told it would be delivered the following day, nothing arrived, I was told twice more it was being delivered the next day, still nothing. I had purchased the same item elsewhere in this time twice and delivered so I asked to cancel the order. I was told I would be refunded when I returned the goods (which I hadn’t received!). The following day the postman had the small package which I refused so he took back and marked as refused to be returned to sender. I then requested the credit in full as I was not in receipt of the goods and therefore any missing goods would be an issue with the company and courier. I still haven’t received a refund and my emails are being ignored. I would not recommend this company, customer service is appalling along with the service. Still waiting for a refund!
