Mark Cunningham helped us change our mortgage during the COVID-19 pandemic when others had been unable to. He listened to our situation. Myself being a company director paying myself mostly in dividend made it difficult to know what mortgage company’s to approach. He took all the stress away and found us a fantastic deal allowing us to borrow an extra 40k reduce our monthly payments by £20 a month and shortening the term by 7 months. So it was free money to help renovate our home. Mark kept great communication with us throughout and was always easily contactable.
