He reassured us that he could help reduce our outgoings which were impacted by us supporting a family member with nursing care fees which, whilst affordable at present was not sustainable for us going forward. From the first meeting with Peter he more than took on board our expectations and was clear in what documentation he needed from us to proceed. When we met for the second time, he delivered a clear and concise presentation of his findings that more than suited us and introduced a new product that far exceeded our expectations.
