Lots of questions were answered by Alice initially, followed by Vary that accompanied me with courtesy and respect. This purchase was supported for over months with continued communication, troubleshooting, followed by a very quick delivered replacement part once the problem was identified. Technical videos were send to help us replace the part.
I couldn’t be more satisfied with customer support.
