I paid upfront, made my international call appointment for I would be in China. Had to wait for 4 weeks and when the lawyer called me it rang for 1 second, that is not an exaggeration, I rang back to get a recorded message that had no option for my situation. I had no call back from them at all, I emailed the lawyer 4 times and she never responded to me. Now they tell me my contract is nearly up and they wont move forward with my application.
They were very chatty to get my money but to help someone out side of their time zone call hours seems impossible for them.
Initial service was 5 star.
0 stars since then.
Do not trust them do anything outside of what is convenient for themselves.
After arrogantly hanging up after one second the lawyer has ignored my requests to proceed with this application.
0 stars for her.
Now with only 8 days to go till my contract expires and lawyer appointments usually taking over 4 weeks some random with no name tells me they cannot reschedule over email and I need to call them. It is 8.30 am here and 8.30 pm there and I have missed their window of communication again.
This was not small money and Legal zoom are treating me and my payment as nothing of consequence, nothing of importance and are not willing to take any action outside of what is easy for themselves.
Legal zoom's details for contacting them seems to be deliberately hard to find and any emails from them I responded to, which were many hoping someone would read them, were all un-monitored. This goes for their customer portal as well. Good luck trying to contact them.
Seems I have had my money taken from me by Legal zoom and they do not care or are willing to try to help me.
