For the most part completeing the Trust/Will package was quite easy and the finished product is very nice and comes with a binder. Impressive.
What I did have a problem with is navigating the system, I could not find how to make a correction once the documents was done. I did call customer service and they helped with that.
Also I did not know in advance how I was going to receive the final prodcuts, FED Ex or US Postal Service...

Maria was polite, professional and thorough. Very kind and asked several times was there anything else she could do. She did everything I asked and then some. Even gave me my state tax office number and the IRS number. Maria was awesome. Excellent employee. Should hire more just like her.
