I paid for expedited processsing of my LLC based on the understanding that it would take 2-3 days as stated n the website when selecting the service level. Instead, I learned afterwards that the “expedited” only applies to LegalZoom submitting the documents and not to the entire process. That is misleading and it affected my user experience and my ability to start a project.
