"Sold a defective item"
On May 8, I purchased a Scrubo Zoom Automatic Pool Cleaner. Despite following the provided instructions and charging the device overnight, it failed to turn on. I promptly opened a return request but received no response for a week. A return label was only provided after I made a phone call.
I shipped the defective item back and requested a replacement. The item was delivered back to the seller four days ago, yet I have not received any further communication. When I called again, I was informed that it would take an additional two weeks to process the return, and only then would a replacement be shipped. This delay means I will not receive the new item until around July 10, which is two months since I placed the order and significantly reduces the usefulness of the purchase during the pool season.
The customer service representative I spoke with was unhelpful and indifferent to my concerns. I have now requested a refund and must wait another two weeks for it to be issued for the defective item sold to me.
This level of service is unacceptable and must be addressed immediately.

Poolzoom sent out a defective part. The multi-port valve was not damaged in shipping. This was a qc error and got sent out. But poolzoom refuses to do the right thing. They honestly will not even respond. Chris did first, but only because he wanted to blame me. After I sent a video never heard anything. Honestly looks like a knock off brand that they put Hayward sticker on. Do business else.

Shipping is TERRIBLE! Estimated to take 10 days to receive a replacement part (small). I could have driven to TX and it would be quicker!

I purchased a Dolphin Nautilus from them and after two weeks it broke. I took video footage and pictures and even though they approved my return they kept $375.00 of the $600 we originally paid for a " restocking " fee
several emails and attempts to get my money back providing proof they still refused so finally had to dispute with Amex. bad business ethics and they steal from customers.

I did
Absolutely ZERO contact from the company until I got an email on 4/23 that it had shipped. That was actually just them printing the label and it didn't ship until 4/24.
Received 4/26, which is fine except the website said I would get it 5-6 days sooner and that is what I was relying on for installation of the part.
I reached out to customer service three times over this span to check on the item and shipping and never got a single reply.
NOT WORTH IT to save $30-40 versus other reliable companies that have any amount of customer service.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Ordered a new Hayward Diverter, It was shipped to me 3 days later. great, right? NOOOOOOO. The part was severely damaged and then they made me take photos to prove it wasn't damaged in transport. The part looked like it was run over by a truck.. Zero quality control.. Wait, there's more, so after several attempts to email them to get a response on when a new part would be shipped, I get a notification that I will receive a new part, BUT it is stalled and sitting in a US postal service location in Massachusetts.. You would think they would FedEx the part to me after waiting 8 days.. So now I have no idea when I will receive the part and they cannot be bothered to help me.. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I went through Amazon. At least they fix the situation right away... HORRIBLE!
