"Polaris PB4 60"
In June I purchased a Polaris PB4 60 pump. I received it soon after, only to discover that the volute was leaking. I contacted PoolZoom and Rosenado had me send a photo and he contacted Polaris. In the mean time I purchased a drain plug locally thinking this might be the issue...it was not. About a month later I received a replacement Volute from PoolZoom and Polaris.
Unfortunately, it too was leaking in the same spot, around the drain plug. Upon the suggestion of someone else, I applied a tiny smudge of white craft paint to the area, and wallah, on both volutes, at the drain plug, there was a fine hairline crack. I sent in photos to PoolZoom, and once again Rosenado responded back. He said that I was not the only customer who had this issue and that apparently it is a manufacturing issue with that batch of volutes. He said he would contact Polaris and get back to me. Well, that was about 4 months ago. I keep sending in inquiries, and NO ONE at PoolZoom is responding.
I used to order all my replacement parts from PoolZoom, but after this last incident, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

"Won’t return"
Bought product based on description provided by pool zoom. The description was incorrect. Part was wrong part. They won’t take it back.

"Buyer Beware"
I’d give it 0 if I could. Ordered tracks for my pool robot and a scrubber two months ago. Received tracking information within 3 days and the items still have not shipped. We filed a dispute with our credit card company and hopefully we get a resolution this way since their customer service was useless.

"Fraudulent company"
Fraudulent company. Ordered items from them. They sent items with postage due. Refused shipment. They claim they never received items back and refuse to refund money. After speaking with customer service, I now feel like they do this on purpose/ The box was probably empty. This is a new scam. What will they come up with next?

"Just bought a Hayward pump housing but…"
Just bought a Hayward pump housing but upon installation it bused and three bolt threads came off causing Leslie's installer to replace it with a genuine part. PZ has not responded to email requesting return and refund. Buyer beware.
Tip for consumers:
BUYER beware. Pool zoom sells junk and defective parts. That’s why price is cheaper.
Products used:
Genuine Hayward pump housing from local Leslie’s store.

"Bait and Switch!?"
I ordered a $1600 Pool Robot, and they sent me another model which was half priced! I will update this review once I get resolution, but even the thought of them sending a cheaper item sends shivers right into my spine.

"Awful Customer Service and item not received!"
“Made on order on 2nd May 2020 for a filter and paid extra for priority shipping. Still not even received over 3 weeks later and item still saying picking not even shipped yet! Contact customer service Erica who said last week she was sorry and would ship next day and send me tracking and email but never received and order still today says picking. This is unacceptable customer service very disappointing! Wouldnt use again!
