Ho conosciuto questo negozio solo online, ordinando un Funko dal loro sito
Sfortunatamente ci sono stati problemi con la spedizione non per colpa loro ma del corriere, ma una cura, una dedizione e una disponibilità a risolvere il problema, come hanno avuto in questo negozio, io non li avevo mai visto. Consigliatissimo, é gente seria che sa fare il proprio lavoro.

La migliore customer care che ho mai riscontrato in qualunque negozio digitale o fisico che sia. I prezzi sono giusti e competitivi ed il mio funko è arrivato nei tempi previsti e bello come mi aspettavo. Veramente felice di questa esperienza, riacquisterò sicuramente. Potessi gli offrirei un aperitivo !

"Bad experience with pre-orders"

At the beginning of July, I pre-ordered two products. After not receiving an update for a month on my order I went and checked to see why and found out a delay specified on the website. Some manufacturers had postponed the delivery date due to difficulties in shipping from Asian countries. But they expected to receive the products at the end of August/beginning of September. No big deal, I can wait. Now, half a year later, I had to go to them for an update again and the only thing they can say is that the product is currently unavailable as we have sold out of pre-order quantities and they are waiting for more. Their site states: "In any case, the Company undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unexpected depletion of stocks due to excess demand or other causes, allowing the customer to credit the amount already paid on another order or to receive it back." But I have received no such treatment. And if I cancel my order they keep 20% 'legal deposit'. Just a horrible experience with this webshop.

Hallo, es war meine erste Bestellung, bin voll zufrieden, Kundenservice tip top, sofortige Rückmeldung und Hilfe über Verfügbarkeit (pre Order) bzw. Schnelle Lieferung mit fedex innerhalb von zwei Tagen, die Ware sehr gut und sicher verpackt! Bin sehr glücklich, die bestellten Spielzeuge sind hochwertig und wunderschön.
Ich werde sicherlich hier noch mal bestellen und kann das Shop auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen 👍🏻😊🙋🏻‍♀️
