"Email address and phone number aren't real"
Ordered a figure. It never arrived. It's been more than 18 months. They don't respond to emails. Their phone number isn't real. This is a scam company. Buy your stuff from other places. If you can't find it anywhere else, then it doesn't exist. These people will take your money and run. Very upset that I fell for such an obvious scam.
Go ahead. Try to call the company on their number. See what happens.

I placed my order on 06/04/2021. And now 2023 I still haven’t gotten half of my order! Everything had to be paid pre-order, and I kept asking them about the items. First they replied that it’s gonna take a while for them to restock, and in the end promised to send me the Sailor Moon figurines. I haven’t heard anything since. I only got my Sailor Moon figurines, but not the rest. I paid over 250€ for my stuff and now half of it’s missing. And since it’s been so long, I can’t make a claim on Paypal. Don’t pre-order from them!!!!

Précommande passée en juillet 2022. Toujours aucune nouvelles depuis et, cela malgré de nombreuses relances. Que cela prenne du temps, c'est un fait, qu'il y ait des problèmes de livraisons, j'entends. Mais aucune réponse ou explication ? D'autres sites, eux, prennent le temps de répondre et proposer diverses solutions.
Par contre pour débiter l'argent, vous pouvez vous assurer qu'Abgame est réactif...

"1 Year and 5 Months"
I placed an order in October of 2021 in total of €312.65. Now being March of 2023, I still haven’t received my order. A couple items were pre-order, the rest were not. At the sixth month mark, I contacted them for the status of my order and they responded with a vague update. I’ve attempted to contact them several more times since then, through their website, sent 2 emails, and haven’t received anymore responses. On top of that, their phone number listed on their website doesn’t work.
My philosophy for customer service is to be kind and patient for you don’t know what they’re going through in life and most of the time, they are just trying to do their job. However, at this moment in time, I am upset.
I read the reviews, took this risk and lost.
Take what you will from this, I’ve chosen my words carefully. It’s not worth the risk.

Same as others here, ordered funky pops on preorder, which are now listed as out of stock on site, and never received them or any correspondence. No reply to emails, definitely been scanned and taken advantage of as they’ve stolen 80e of my money with no recompense.

Ricevuto paio di scarpe di qualità scadente...di num che nn corrisponde effettivamente(calzatura molto stretta di 2 num in meno rispetto all originale) e reso a mie spese nonostante l importo speso,k nn era di certo irrosorio. Ma a tt oggi..nn mi permettono neanche fi restituirle(a mie spese)..perché nn ricevuta ancora mail di conferma reso e estremi x rispedizione(reso ancora in elaborazione...)..ed intanto si tengono i miei soldi ed io sto schifo di scarpe parcheggiate. Pessima esperienza

"NO reply for months! All stock "Out-of-Order"..."
I have been emailing the compnay since the 11th Dec 2022 regarding my issue. NO reply has been given and I have been super paitent.
Not replying is = to theft as I now I have a "voucher" for their store, which I can't use to buy anything, because EVERYTHING is out of stock...seriously???

A while ago I was offered a cash refund or voucher. I chose the voucher with the intent of purchasing some other figures, however, I have been looking over the last week, and A LOT of the figures on the site show up as "in stock", but once you click on it, shows as 'out of stock.
Can I get a cash refund instead of the voucher?
I really love the store, but it's super frustrating to click on the figure one after the next and see 'out of stock.

I think my response is reasonable, and if no one replies, then this just shows other customers that they need to think twice if they are buying figures from the site.
