Absolutely diabolical company, sent me an email to cancel my car park booking less than 24 hours before flight, then offered me a dearer rate somewhere else, didn't even apologise...PLEAE DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT ALIT OF STRESS JUST BEFORE TRAVELLING !!😡🤬

Taxi was waiting for me to go to the airport, despite me being late due to traffic, and at no extra cost.

On my arrival, Taxi was ready within 5 minutes of me informing the office I had arrived.

I am really impressed with the service.

Booked park and ride at Heathrow. Left car and they advised it would be moved which it was about 1 mile away. They took me to terminal 4 and advised me of pick up procedures for return. On return called the supplied number and they came and picked me up took about 20 minutes , this is depending on traffic. Only problem was I didn't know the vehicle that was picking me up. Car has back and had a few leaves from where it had been stored but other than that it was fine.
I was a little concerned when booking due to some of the reviews but from my experience I would recommend and use again if flying from Heathrow.
