The company EZY looked after my vehicle for 7 days with care. My car was safe and secure by EZY. I had no concerns nor any issues when i collected my vehicle. I will use this company again. I am very happy with the service they have provided. Polite and friendly staff members as well as helpful and supportive

"Absolutely shocking - Heathrow "

Absolutely shocking - do not use this company. I paid £39.96 to park my car for 2 days and on arrival they charged an extra £12 for pick up and drop off at the terminal - which is written in the small print so I guess, fair enough. However, I was waiting so long for a “friendly driver” to be available that I ended up having to book an uber from the car park. Not only that, it is basically a scrap yard where the cars are crammed in like sardines - most of them look like they have just been dumped. On arrival I called the driver to come and collect me from the terminal but no answer so again, had to pay for an uber to take me to the car park and wait a good 20 minutes for my car to be returned. There were other customers there complaining that their car now had a flat tyre and front light had been smashed. Police were called. Luckily my car seemed to be unscathed but I did not feel safe leaving my car there.

Bee Parking Heathrow- Park & Ride ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH! You are leaving your car in a dump yard and if you have a flight to catch make sure you arrive 10 hours in advance. They waste time, no organisation whatsoever and car came back dirty with scratches.
Also, they charged separately for dropping and picking. I took a taxi to & fro from the car park as I almost miss my flight.
I used the car park from the 30th March to 10th April.

EzyBook is the best in price and customer service. My car was collected from the terminal and delivered safely on my arrival. Prompt telephone response from staff.
I will recommend their services to everyone I know even you reading this feedback.

1 star - no option for 0. Waited 1 hour for collection - had to pay more for short time parking. When we wanted to drop the car off we called twice and got an answering machine, third time we left a message. Eventually someone called and asked if we are there. On return called whilst collecting our language & talked to a woman telling her where we will wait - she said driver would be there shortly. After half an hour and another call to the office, the driver called and asked which terminal we are in? Waited for about 1 hour on return. Dash-cam disconnected by driver whilst driving within a minute of picking up car. Also, passenger window was open & we couldn't close it so had to drive 120mi at night with an open window - it was 3c°!
