Last week I booked a parking via ezybook with a provider with logo "heathrow valet parking(park mark safer parking)",the review for Heathrow Valet Parking was 9/10.

But when I booked,it went to Lions parking,which has one of the worst reviews1.7/5,when contacted Ezybook chat assistant freddy he told you can change provider or cancel booking,when cancelling they will charge you £15.So remember ezybook is just a comparison site and the reviews are not for the parking provider,so better choose a parking provider directly.You will get the exact parking provider only after booking only.Lost £15

A good speedy service to and from Heathrow. Easy to find and very close to the airport for a very good price. The transfer vehicle is a 'little rough and ready' but it got us to the airport and back. We would probably use them again.

We phoned the driver 30 minutes before we arrived at bhx train station and he said he had no knowledge of our booking,but he still came and met us and sorted it out.other than that it’s a great way to park and cheaper than all others.we will definitely be using this company again.

I recently had a flight cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. I informed EZYBOOK that I no longer required the parking service, and requested that they be kind enough to refund the money given this was out of my control.

They ignored my email and initial calls. When they eventually answered, they said I had not respected the 48 hour timeframe that they require when cancelling the service, and therefore they would not refund me. They could not care less that I only knew about my flight cancellation within the 48 hour window.

There are lots of companies in this market-I recommend you chose one with good communication and professional integrity...and therefore not EZYBOOK.
