We received our car back with a long scratch by the driver seat, we sent them the pre and post video that they requested BUT NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM THEIR INVESTIGATION AS THEY KNOW ITS THEIR FAULT, asking for proof of photo you have the photo that was taken by your driver before handling our car. SCAMMERS!!!!
NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY,THEY WON’T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR. Please do not book with them as they use third party companies then blame the third party and claim no responsibility.

Very bad service. They wrong assigned me to a parking place which was not open on 2024 Dec 26th, this resulted in missing my flight and I have to rebook the flight and hotel, and they are not willing to compensate anything.....

I used the EzyBook website to select LG Parking - Meet and Greet at Gatwick. Dropped the car off in the short term carpark, driver there to meet me. On my return I called after collecting luggage and the driver was there shortly after I arrived in the short term carpark. I found the service efficient and very competitively priced.
