Very simple to use website with lots of parking options. The drop off and pick up were also seamless, thank you

We used the "Go Park - Heathrow Meet & Greet" provider. It was a pretty terrible experience all around!

Dropping the car off we were informed that we need to pay the LHR Short stay ticket (£7.50). This is buried in their Ts&Cs at time of booking, and should be made clear that extra costs will be incurred.

The worst part was when we collected the car at the end of our trip. I called as soon as we collected our bags (as instructed), and I could see the car was located ~20 minutes from the airport on the car tracker... yet it took well over an hour for them to deliver the car back. And the worst part is the driver had clearly kerbed my wheel and damaged the tyre. It was totally fresh big scrape down the alloy.
DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS!!!
