"Will NEVER use again"

Will NEVER use again!
Drivers were NOT ‘Uniformed’ nor ‘professional’ like EZYBOOK advert states.
Instructions for departure T4 not clear enough, we were told go to ‘Meet & Greet’ but all signage at Heathrow T4 takes you to the upper deck, so the collection driver was not there and we had to wait for him.
On our return, my car was not available, EZYBOOK (on the number they gave me) claim we were late? Technically yes, 10 mins after scheduled landing but there is NO telling how long it takes to get off the aircraft, or through immigration, or how long it takes to get the luggage or through customs, so they MUST build in some tolerance for short delays?
They knew for 12 days which day and approx which time we were returning so they must have enough drivers available to bring cars to the terminal as and when required, apparently not!
The man on the phone was rude, had to call 4 times and wait 50mins, he told me to be patient!
The delivery driver was rude, I wanted to inspect my car with him present (as per their T&C’s) but he just threw the keys at me and walked off! Shocking service!

DO NOT USE!
On arrival at Heathrow the Ezybook guy took photos of my vehicle before we left it.
On arrival back to Heathrow we called the number to arrange for our van to be brought back to the terminal. It seemed to take a while but eventually it arrived. The guy delivering it parked it in a bay as tho it was abandoned and practically ran off! We could see why!! The van was badly damaged all along one side, as though it had been driven too close to the posts on the circular exit! We immediately called Ezybook again and asked for the driver to return. Eventually we were told to put our complaint into an email, which we did. Unfortunately the only response we had was to send the pre parking photos to them. Lesson learned- take your own photos ! We didn’t have any so had to claim from our own insurance and pay the excesses ourselves. We even waited months for the cctv footage from Heathrow, but it only showed the drivers side and the damage was to the passenger side.
My booking was to Ezybook yet the confirmation is from Express Parking Heathrow Ltd and Parking Panda is also mentioned !

" Don't use this company - Bristol airport"

I advise against this company. Firstly, after paying for a short stopover, where the car was taken, the total amount was no lower than a normal airport parking. Secondly, it is difficult to communicate with people whose English is lower than that of a two-year-old child. Thirdly, after returning we tried to call the driver's number a million times... - he rejected the calls. Finally, after more than 2 hours, he politely showed up with the car. We only lost a lot of nerves and time. The company is ridiculous and incompetent. Besides... I wonder if these people are even legally employed. I advise against using the services of these pathetic people

You can't understand the people since they can't even talk English! We had to wait nearly 2 hours for our car and we tried to call they for an hour after our flight and there was no response.

"Due to fly out of Heathrow 21st Mar"

Due to fly out of Heathrow 21st Mar, the day of the fire at Heathrow. I was reschedule to fly the following day. I informed Bee Parking and they charged me an extra £75 to move the parking to next day.On my return to Heathrow i had to wait 40 mins for pick up.

"Excellent service"

Excellent service. No problems whatsoever. Driver was there when we arrived to drop car off took us immediately to airport. Same on return very smooth journey and no problems. Would recommend unreservedly

I had Ezy Gatwick meet and Greet.It was excellent prompt service and the driver met me promptly.It was inclusive of airport entry charges compared to other meet and greet services.
