"Above and beyond"

I originally reviewed based on a negative start, however I felt it only fair to update my review that once I finally managed to make contact with the owner he has gone out of his way to rectify the situation and personally delivered the items I was missing which has restored my appreciation for a small business going the extra mile.

"Best hot tub firm around."

We recently purchased a used spa and we needed someone to move it to our home address.We found this wild about spa's advertised online and decided to give them a call to see if they could relocate the tub for us.And were so glad that we did.
On the day that the tub was relocated Jake and his helper arrived at the collection address at about 8.30am. The tub was moved put onto his lorry and was relocated at our address in it final position less than two hour later safe and sound.( AMAZING )..
We decided that we should have the spa serviced before we used it and so glad that we did.
Jake arrived to do the service as arranged and promptly got on with the job in hand. He went through everything thoroughly,from cleaning all the jets and blowers,checking all the parts etc..and giving the tub a good clean and polish.
Being hot tub virgins Jake even gave us a tutorial on how to set the tub up and how to use the chemicals that we needed to use.
Jake's attention to detail is spot on and he's also a great person to deal with and friendly.
Highly recommended for anything hot tub/spa related.

Ok so here goes my third attempt of leaving a review for this amazing hot tub company - Wildeaboutspas as the previous two disappeared into space somewhere 😩

I saw an amazing HotTub on Facebook. It looked too good to be true for the price - £4,300!
I spoke with Jake whose a really nice guy. I was dubious as the company has no showroom but i shouldn’t have worried. With showrooms come showroom prices! Way more expensive. With wildeaboutspas comes a luxury HotTub at much lower prices!
I have additional needs and Jake was more than patient with my many many questions etc.
On the day of delivery it was a tough route to get the tub to our garden. Everything was done smoothly and any hurdles were quickly overcome. It was a very professional delivery!

The Tub was set up, filled, extras attached (defo buy an arm lift for the lid, it’s a game changer!) and full demonstration given. A day or two later I couldn’t connect my phone to the speakers and wanted to buy some spare filters, Jake arrived as soon as he could & sorted everything. Extra filters are charge at the same price as anywhere else which is a bonus.

The hot tub is just WOW! So many amazing features and so many jets, every part of you can be blasted for any aches or pains!
I love the way the 5 seats and lounger are all different ie two of the seats are higher up if you don’t want to sit up to your shoulders in water, three are deeper, then there’s the amazing lounger. There’s different positioning of the jets on all the seats. So that you can pick and choose what suits you best. I think that’s an amazing design! I must admit, I fell to sleep the other evening and was woke by my son. Clearly I was in total denial that I’d dropped off 🤔😂

So, from start to finish everything was Perfect! Great Company, Great Staff, and of course Great HotTub! Go for it, you won’t be disappointed!!! 👍

Ps when the tub was being set up you could see inside as they have to take the side panel off to connect it up. It has LOADS of insulation it there which is a bonus too!

We used Jake to collect our tub and deliver to someone who had bought it . The route out of our garden was a challenge but he made it look easy . He took care not to damage the house or tub as it was taken down the side of the house and onto his lorry. I was totally impressed and would definitely recommend

I spoke with Jake a few times regarding removing a hot tub prior to having him come to my home and give it a deep clean and service. He was always extremely professional and polite, he even FaceTimed me to explain how something worked!
On the day he was on time and very clean and tidy whilst he worked, he gave fantastic advice and a very thorough job!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jake to friends and family in the future and will definitely be using him again when we need another service and to replenish chemicals.

I would recommend this company without doubt. Delivery at a mutually convenient time (which I had to initially alter and they were very accommodating). Jake and Lee delivered and installed our hot tub, the access was not easy but they were great. Polite, friendly, helpful and professional. Took the time to go through everything and answered all of my questions. Excellent customer service and very pleased with the hot tub!
