I ordered hair extensions from this online business, from an outside rep located somewhere in the Baltimore, Maryland area. The hair I ordered was supposed to be Indian hair and not even two weeks after my install, the hair would shed and get stiff as a birds nest. I contacted the company and submitted my info for a refund/exchange on September 15, 2017 and to date, absolutely no one has contacted me on this matter.
