"Horrible customer service"

Horrible customer service. I don’t know what happened, it used to be user friendly and easy to navigate without issues. However, for the past 5-6 months something has changed and it’s almost IMPOSSIBLE to schedule, navigate or get a straight answer from the customer service team. I sent emails and then after a while they were not able to go through as if they put emails on auto message and they wouldn’t go through. I guess a lot like every other new company/service lately where they start out GREAT and then go down hill quickly, like they have not been in the strategic planning phase EVER. Very disappointing experience, again.
* Correction: To make clear ALL of the providers that I have seen have been AWESOME…!

"I was totally scammed by Sesame care"

1. Shola Akinfiresoye, DNP is not a doctor, but a NURSE PRACTITIONER. After I paid the $38, on the video call, this NP said he can’t prescribe Metformin, even though the Sesame website clearly advertised Metformin prescriptions. That’s false advertising. After accusing them of such, this NP immediately prescribed it, but it’s conveniently stuck in “processing” for forever. That’s deception. Ps, this NP is a very gross in the way he dresses and talks. On the video call, he was half naked and holding the photo unsteadily as he was walking around, showing a very ghetto house in a background. I can’t believe I paid $38 to be “treated” by someone this gross, incompetent and dishonest.

2. Support is all lies. First, they said the prescription will be processed in 2 hours, but it’s been 2 days since, and it’s still “processing”, that support person lied. And then they blamed the delay onto Photon, a third party processor, which is another lie, since Photon is merely a software. The support lied again. And finally the support refused to issue any refund, went silent, non responsive, only leaving the medication on “processing” forever.


This whole experience showed that Sesame care is a fraudulent practice. If you have also been scammed by Sesame care as well, contact me on nye777@icloud, let’s file a class action against Sesame care and make them pay!
