Sehr schlechter Service! Es gab einen Stromausfall und es hat sich bis heute nichts getan. Ich warte immer noch auf mein versprochenes Geld. Für mich Huswell nie wieder!!

The apartment we rented in the centre of Bruges was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was wonderful to be in such a central location, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again!

"Huswell ne tient pas ses engagements "

Huswell gère la location du studio jingle à Gand. Dès notre arrivée le 2 janvier, il n’y avait ni chauffage ni eau chaude dans le studio. Onze échanges de mails pour signaler le problème. La chaudière était en panne mais le chauffage n’avait pas été vérifié le jour de notre arrivée. Aucun contact direct avec le propriétaire. Le technicien n’est venu que le 4 janvier et n’a pas pu réparer. Donc nous avons été dans le froid et sans possibilité de prendre une douche pendant tout notre séjour (trois nuits).
Nous avons demandé un remboursement de 50%, ce II nous semblait le minimum. Huswell a fini par accepter et nous a demandé notre RIB. Nous l’avons envoyé le 8 janvier et le 10 Huswell accusait réception et nous promettait un remboursement de 191,62€ sur les 470€ payés dans les 10 jours. Aujourd’hui 46 jours après cet engagement, Huswell ne nous a toujours pas remboursé. Nous attendons toujours. Méfiez vous de cette société et fuyez le studio Jingle a Gand. Le propriétaire qui est aussi propriétaire du café Labat juste dessous le studio ne nous jamais contactés alors que nos coordonnées lui ont été données.
Les touristes sont maltraités, le non respect des engagements de remboursement est une malhonnêteté.

"A perfect weekend getawya"

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful accommodation in Brugge for a weekend with a group of seven friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spaciousness, charm, and comfort of the place.

The house was impeccably clean, well-decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were cozy and provided plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably. The common areas, especially the large living room and dining space, were perfect for relaxing together after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy breakfast together before heading out.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed.

Overall, this accommodation was perfect for our group getaway, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Brugge, whether for a weekend escape or a longer stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Het appartement bevindt zich op een levendige, maar niet rumoerige, locatie in het centrum van Gent op loopafstand van een parkeergarage, winkels, restaurants en alle andere bezienswaardigheden van de stad. Het is zeer goed gerenoveerd/verbouwd, met oog voor de oorspronkelijke details aangevuld met alle hedendaagse gemakken en biedt heel veel ruimte (ca. 80 vierkante meter !).
Het interieur is zorgvuldig samengesteld en biedt een mix van gemak, comfort en stijl. De keuken is volledig ingericht (met o.a. oven en afwasmachine) en is voorzien van een compleet servies en bestek. Aangenaam verrast waren we ook door het koffie- en theepakket en het pakketje met o.a. afwasborstel (ondanks de afwasmachine wel handig...) en doekjes. De badkamer en het toilet zijn ook in goede staat en, net als het hele appartement, zeer schoon en netjes.
Alles bij elkaar compleet, comfortabel en prettig om te verblijven. En dat voor dezelfde prijs als een gemiddelde hotelkamer in de stad… Voor herhaling vatbaar dus!

Worth repeating!
The apartment is located in a lively but not noisy location in the centre of Ghent within walking distance of a parking garage, shops, restaurants and all other sights of the city. It has been very well renovated/rebuilt, with an eye to the original details complemented with all modern comforts and offers a lot of space (approx. 80 square meters !). The interior has been carefully designed and offers a mix of convenience, comfort and style. The kitchen is fully equipped (including oven and dishwasher) and includes complete crockery and cutlery. We were also pleasantly surprised by the tea and coffee package and the package with a dishwasher brush (despite the dishwasher is convenient...) and wipes. The bathroom and toilet are also in good condition and, like the whole apartment, very clean and tidy. All in all complete, comfortable and pleasant to stay. And for the same price as an average hotel room in the city... it's worth repeating!

Aankomst en vertrek was eenvoudig en de instructies heel gedetailleerd.
Prima prijs, op een goede locatie. Herhaling waard.
