Frequent communication across email and sms, responsive chat team! Lots of visual instructions and information relating to property. A bit of filling in forms etc, UX of the portal could be simplified so it will be easier to navigate and find information.

Great location! Very close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Everything is at walking distance. The staff was very kind. We arrived pretty late and had some trouble getting into the building but the staff was there for us. Their help was very much appreciated. The apartment was very clean.

Tolles und modernes Appartement, entspricht genau den Bildern. Super sauber. Mit einer Box mit allem was man für die ersten 1-2 Tage in der Unterkunft benötigt, Kaffee, Olivenöl, Spülmaschinentabs, Zucker, Kekse... Einzig Salz und Pfeffer haben in der Box gefehlt aber das ist wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau und war schnell im Kiosk nebenan besorgt. Perfekt aufgeteilt für 6 Personen oder 1-2 Familien. Der Aufzug ist etwas Tricky, wir haben deshalb die Treppe benutzt.
Direkt am Strand, tolle Aussicht und nette Nachbarn. Beim nächsten Oostende Aufenthalt gerne wieder!

nicht zuletzt dank der Fa. Huswell. Das von ihnen übermittelte Apartament hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sauber, toll ausgestattet, mit seitlichem Meerblick, in einer Top-Lage.
Besser gehts kaum.
