They were very good, arrived exactly on time and did what they promised to do, using various pieces of leak detection equipment. Jamie explained what he was doing and showed the results as he went along. I learned things about the layout of our plumbing that I had not known before. The tests were able to eliminate virtually the whole plumbing system from being the cause of the damp patch in our kitchen, without lifting the tiled kitchen floor. A report was sent with photos outlining all the tests done and making recommendations. We will monitor the damp patch for a while then consider getting a damp company in to look at it.

Brandon the engineer was outstandingvin everyday. He conducted all the tests quickly and advised me on each one. He was very precise and took care to protect the flooring by wearing shoes covers.
