Very professional service, quickly identifying the source of an invisible leak losing us water each day. They provided a detailed report, showing all the different readings taken to identify the leak. Their plumber provided clear, patient and thorough explanation so I could fully understand the detection process and findings. 100% would use them again.

Punctual Engineer. Knowledgeable and happy to explain leak detection methodology which gives me confidence. My Insurance provider wouldn't automatically agree the cost of making good of any unavoidable damage that could have been caused to gain access to the buried pipework, they want to agree the cost prior. Without this limitation I would have allowed your engineer to dig out the suspected wall and or floor to repair the leak on the HWS run as the rates you offered for repairing are reasonable.

Simon, our Engineer for the investigation arrived at exactly at the time agreed. He introduced himself and we discussed the issue at hand. Simon went through a series of testing, explaining every step he was taking. Eventually, through a process of illimitation, he pin pointed where he believed the leak to be. It couldn't have been in a worse location, in the Kitchen under a concrete floor which supported decorative 18mm solid oak flooring.
Simon could not have been any more helpful, informative and professional, he is a credit to your organisation, thank you. I would have no hesitation in recommending.
