We had a very good experience with The Leak Detection Company from start to finish. The communication was excellent throughout. Andrew turned up on time, did a thorough job and was a pleasure to have at our property. The post inspection report was very thorough and was provided on the same day. I would thoroughly recommend using their services.

Initially I spoke to Claire in the office and she gave me some advice on things to do so that we could check whether the leak was likely to be in the boiler or in the heating system before I booked the Leak Detection Company.
The engineer who came round was great. He was thorough, and explained what he was doing. Once we found where we thought the leak was, he drilled a hole in the floorboard in a cupboard and used an endoscope to confirm where the leak was before he removed a floorboard in the cupboard to gain access and cap off the leak. He gave advice on a future solution and we also got a clear report to show any plumber coming in to do additional work what the issues were.
