The engineer, Andy came on time, very friendly explained everything before he starts working on tracing the leak and found the leak spot on well within few hours and made the decision quickly as to how to get access and repair it without making much damage to the property. The leak was stopped, the pipe got repaired on the same day, and our heating system was back up and running. Many thanks to Andy, who made my day in this biting cold weather 😀. Also, Sam gave me a quick appointment due to some cancellations.I was so lucky 😀
