The guys at ADM were really helpful and made my 2 year stay in one of their properties a good stay. Any challenges within my stay were rectified in a timely manner with very little fuss.

All the people within the house were professional and ADM ensured the house was kept clean and tidy.

I renter a room through ADM for almost 3 years and I cannot fault them. The house was lovely and anything that we had to report was acted upon very quickly. Our house was a professional household and everyone was lovely. Adam and his team were friendly and always happy to help. I cannot recommend them enough as they were absolutely lovely landlords !

Friendly people, well organised, and very quick to respond to any issues in the house and see to them being dealt with. House was good quality, clean, with a big bedroom and well furnished kitchen. A furnished property done up to a good standard.

Been with ADM for just over a year and couldn’t have been happier renting from them. The property was of a high standard, very friendly team and really prompt at dealing with any queries. Been with these guys for the past 6 years. Fantastic people, very friendly and run the properties to a high professional standard. Properties are at a very high standard - nicest place I've lived whilst renting. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly or a schedule of when the issues will be fixed is promptly given. Fantastic communication and very dedicated to service. Great skill at picking the right housemate for the property. Couldn't recommend more

You have been a considerate landlord who has always been there to listen and resolve any issues regarding the house. Most landlords are known to be scary but you have been always been smiley, friendly and approachable at all times. I have been so lucky to live in a house where I have felt protected and looked after. I have enjoyed my stay and I have nothing bad to say about the house apart from giving thanks to you . Perfect service throughout.
I was nervous about using a company to rent through due to bad experiences in the past, but ADM were exceptional throughout, from move in to checkout they did everything they could to be accommodating - recognising that 9-5 isn't ideal for people working those hours and being willing to do key handovers in the late evening shows their commitment to providing an excellent service.
Moving out has happened during the Covid Lockdown and they were exceptional accommodating and made sure to keep myself and former housemates informed throughout.
If I ever need to rent again, they will be my first point of contact.

I've just moved out of one of Adams' properties after 5 years. The entire tenancy period with ADM Property has been fantastic. Adam is a top landlord. Any issues or questions were quickly resolved/answered. All work that needed to be carried out was done to a high standard and done well within reasonable time frames.
Adam has always been open to ideas and suggestions (no matter how stupid) and he's always looking for ways to improve his properties.
He had no issues with me having my own broadband line installed as well as wall mounting TV.

I honestly cannot think of a single bad thing to say about ADM Property. Highly recommended.
