"Excellent, wholeheartedly recommend"

I lived in one of their Portsmouth properties from September 2015 - January 2018 and I would unreservedly recommend this company to anybody. This was my first time living away from home, so I had no idea what to expect. But the landlord was brilliant at the showing and I fell in love with the place pretty quickly.
They're selective about those living in the property, and because of this I got on with every housemate that I met over my years, and towards the end even made some friends that are still close now.
Any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently and the property manager is an absolute delight to speak with, you know she cares that the home is well looked after.
I hope whoever takes over my room enjoys living there as much as I did, no hesitation at all to give this 5 stars.

The building is fantastic place to live, really clean, well-maintained and very affordable. It's peaceful and quiet and the neighbors are friendly. ADM have been brilliant in everyway. It was quick and easy to get a viewing and hassle free whilst and after moving in. Adam is brilliant at communicating any changes that are happening in the company or with any houses, so we always know who to contact and what's going on. Any problems have been sorted out ASAP to a good standard. He matches housemates as best as possible, which has been ideal. I would recommend to anyone.

I viewed a fair few house shares and just when I thought I had to settle for something unsatisfactory, ADM property supplied the perfect modern house, great communication, sorts any quieries out straight away, has tenants best interests, I would highly recomend.
