The reason why I'm dissapointed with this service is that I had to pay for border taxes without any previous information and given the price for the album I was not expecting to receive that bad of a printing quality, it's the same quality that I would get if I went to a local store. The cover picture is paper like glued and I was expecting a glossier finish for every page (not a average paper one). Now the wedding gift that I prepared is ruined and I'm ashamed to give the couple this kind of gift and more ashamed of the price that I paid.
