The quality of the printing, the materials, used, the fact that the book is bound in a way that all the pages are are flat & the fact that it arrived on time especially since I have asked for it to arrive on time & the staff tried to make it happen & succeeded.
The whole experience with members of Milk staff was smooth, easy, clear & I was answered very quickly after sending emails. Also I found it easy to edit, I edited every page myself. Great from the beginning to the moment I received the book which was a birthday present so had to arrive in time & did. It was a present for my husband & he said it was the best present he ever received! Looking forward to starting my next book project with you.

Book design was a breeze thanks to the templates that were already there. Hardly a need to customise the arrangement of photos as what was there simply worked. We are very happy with how the books came out - the stitched binding allowed for pages to lay flat, color production and packaging it came in were all top quality. This is our second time purchasing.

La app es super intuitivo y extremadamente fácil de utilizar … te ayuda mucho con decisiones creativas dentro del diseño y ademas lo puedes hacer todo online así que puedes ir trabajando en un proyecto poco a poco estes donde estes. Te ayuda a crear sin limitar decisiones creativas. Muy fluido y rápido…. Funciona a la perfección . Me gustaría que hubiera un opción para poner la tapa frontal sin foto ! Y que los aranceles estuvieren ya incluidas en el precio para no tener que estar pendiente de este tema una vez finalizado la compra… por otro lado la calidad es excepcional las fotos perfectas …un producto realmente especial… apto para proyectos y ocasiones especiales sin duda.
