"Below Average Book- Don’t WASTE your money!! "

am extremely disappointed with the quality of the photobook I received. The photos throughout the entire book are excessively dark, making it difficult to see faces and backgrounds clearly. I used the original, unfiltered photos directly from my device, the same images I had previously used with another company, which turned out perfect — proving the issue is with the printing, not the images.

After raising my concerns, the company offered a reprint, but the result was exactly the same – dark, poor-quality images. They took no accountability for the issue yet had no problem charging over $175 for a product marketed as a premium photobook. This product is far from premium, and the overall quality is inferior compared to other companies offering similar services at a much lower price.

I chose to print my wedding album with MILK and I’m so glad that I did. I’ve printed photo books with other companies before but I really wanted this album to be an investment. A lasting memento.

I chose a large, premium, hardcover album with laminated image fixed onto debossed cover. My black and white cover photo looks beautiful against the stone coloured linen cover.

The book is expertly made and the quality is evident. The picture quality is amazing, each page is beautiful. It really was worth the investment.

I have also found the communication with the company very friendly, and professional. They gave a clear outline of what to expect and when my parcel would arrive.

I highly recommend MILK to anyone who wants a premium photo-book.
