"Great service and excellent quality photo book!"

Prompt and helpful response from Milk Books staff to my questions. The book I received was of extremely high quality (Classic Large Landscape Photo Book), both the printing of the photos and the quality of the paper and the binding. The book I ordered contained many scanned photos, some of which were 30 years old. The quality of print for the high DPI (>300) was truly excellent and the quality of the lower DPI (200-300) images was also very, very good. I will definitely order more books from Milk.

This photo album came out absolutely perfect. I maxed out the pages and it is still excellent quality- sturdy, thick, clear, and vibrant. The flat lays are incredible. As a bit of a perfectionist, I loved how flexible the creation process was. I was able to do everything I wanted and envisioned! I’m also so glad that I will always have the digital copy available on my account. My only suggestion would be to somehow enable more zoom during the creation process. Sometimes I was between photos that were very similar and it was hard to tell which one was selected because I couldn’t zoom in very much on the page. Overall I’m very happy that I finally got my wedding photos printed, and glad I chose this company!

Milk books are gorgeous & the customer service is a 10/10! I received my photo book and realized I printed it on the "wrong" paper aka a paper type I wasn't excited about and MILKs customer service was so quick to reply and help me reprint my book so it was exactly what I wanted and loved (even tho originally, it was my mistake!). My book is beautiful and something we will keep forever + always have on our coffee table. These photo books are 10/10 with the cost with the quality you receive.
