We received an email from Milk books regarding our suboptimal review. They were able to explain the process behind making the books and ensured that our book quality would last. They provided us with a partial refund on the book and shipping. Overall, happy with the way customer service handles things.

We unfortunately had a bit of a tricky experience with a gift card we received. You had to put it in at the payment section and not before hand. At least the help line was responsive. The website was easy to use though to create our book. I found that the quality was a bit mid, eg. The front cover picture is basically just glued on and not embedded. Considering we ended up paying around $300 including delivery (which was a ridiculous amount), the quality really should’ve been better. In future, I’d probably stick to officeworks or Kmart for a similar quality product but a lot cheaper.
