Unbelievably easy process, excellent service, and great quality! The entire process took less than a month from order placement to receipt. MILKs website is easy to use and gives you a great understanding of what you are getting. You have the ability to use a template layout, but still customize the formats of each page. The box the leather-bound album came in gives such a nice presentation. Most importantly, the picture quality is crystal clear and high definition on a thick card stock paper. I purchased and created a wedding album for my wife and she was so happy with the result. Could not recommend MILK enough!!!
