"Easy to design and visualise"

The project design function is very easy to use with drag and drop, and great for customising your photobook while being able to visualise the final product. It's also great that MILK Books saves your project as is so you can order more copies at a later date, which we have done as gifts for family members. The actual photobook design options are beautiful and there are so many that it was hard to decide which to go for! The only thing I would say to be aware of is that the production is in Hong Kong, so do check the delivery times and cost. For a repeat order of 2 photobooks I'd previously made, to be sent to the UK, it was 2 weeks from order confirmation to delivery, which was what I expected and was happy with.

2. shipment is extremely expensive
3. customs comes on top which was not visible to me when I ordered

I ordered on December 4th to have it for Christmas. It’s stuck in customs and the customer service is just hands off delegating all responsibilities to me. On December 30th I’m still not clear how much customs I have to pay and will I ever get it. They didn’t file the paperwork correctly. Absolute unacceptable management of the case and no refund of shipping cost or other compensation for this bad experience.

Hemos hecho nuestro álbum de fotos con MILK y ha quedado precioso. Muy buena calidad de papel y de portada y un diseño muy bonito. La aplicación para maquetarlo es sencilla de utilizar y ofrece muchas opciones. Al ir a pagarlo me preocupó un poco las tasas de aduana, pero fue muy sencillo de gestionar y no dio ningún problema.

Website design tool took some time to understand but when I got the hang of it it worked well. Quality checks were accurate, the final product was high quality for print and pages as well as the cover

Fantastic service. I created a book for my Dad for Christmas – it was well printed on nice paper stock and beautifully finished, and came wrapped securely with cardboard and tissue paper so it was in perfect condition when it arrived.
