"Late delivery"

I did not recommend ordering from them . I ordered at the very beginning of December , on purpose to get it here by Christmas. Their website advertised in big letters everywhere , how many days you have to order the products to make sure they arrive by Christmas . I didn't want to leave it to the last minute so I ordered days before the deadline. Then on 19 December I received an email that my order would be delivered by the 30th. I find this false advertising and lying about something you know exactly you cannot guarantee outrageous.
Why write it out if you know you can't guarantee its existence ? Such deception and manipulation....

"Beautiful result from frustrating process"

Very happy with the beautiful result but the process of creating the book was very frustrating. The layout options were limited and based on selecting how many photos you wanted per page but a page was actually two pages so this was limiting especially if you wanted multiple photos on both sides. I ended up having to customize the whole book myself.
The first and last pages had very limited customization.
One very actionable piece of feedback I have is to add a warning to the "clear spread" button. This button tended to hover right above / next to the back button. When I had finished my book and was checking through it, I accidentally hit this button on two pages and so lost 4 pages in an instant. It seems odd that if you try and delete a single photo there's a warning but you can wipe out 2 pages accidentally and not even immediately realise what you've done!
