Recently received my second MILK book and it’s just as brilliant as the first. I have made it my mission to create a photo book every year filled with memories of my little boy. We all enjoy looking through the pages, especially him! He’s only two but he knows it’s his book and it’s so wonderful looking through it with him and hearing him remember things already. I love the quality of the books and the ease at which I can create them. Highly recommend for any occasion! Can’t wait to have a library of these filled with all of our special moments.

"Horrible experience..."

The product itself is good quality. My experience, however, was ruined by a shipping experience that was handled poorly by the Milk team. First of all, it took a long time to get the product. Way too long in my opinion, likely from the fact it's being shipped from outside the US. It was damaged by the shipper. Not only did I have to do the heavy lifting to get the Milk team everything they needed to get reimbursed from the shipper (which by the way I paid for in my shipping costs) but I then had to wait until they finished their dispute with the shipper before they would remake my order and resend it. Horrible experience. If you are a company that can't afford to replace your customer's order until you wait for reimbursement approval from a shipper, you are not the right company for me.

I had a question about my order and I was so impressed with the prompt response and the company going above and beyond to help me out.
