Service was poor. Case handler Chloe gave us the wrong information several times due to a shortfall. We had the lending increased by the lender to be told there is another shortfall. When question we never had a response and had to constantly chase for updates and contact. Client has now had delays of 2 1/2 months of increased interest. This isn't the first time we have received this service.

The client is not happy with the service that has been provided. The case took far longer than expected to complete - if there were any issues that caused delays, these clearly were not explained properly to the clients as they felt it was the solicitor that was dragging their heals with things. I won't be recommending this company to my clients again as I feel their performance looks bad on me and impacts my reputation
