I had an issue where a Spypoint cellular trail camera would not communicate with the app, the guys managed to sort this out with a new SIM card and firmware update with just a few emails.
the camera was specifically purchased for a job so to be able to correct the fault without sending the item in was invaluable.

I recently purchased a second hand Pulsar thermal monocular which still had a valid manufacturers warranty. Shortly after receiving the device it developed a battery charging fault. I contacted Thomas Jacks Ltd and they emailed everything I needed to do and return for a repair under warranty. I received regular progress updates and after approx 2 weeks the device was returned with a brand new battery, all provided under warranty.
If you are unsure whether to purchase from them in case anything goes wrong with the product, take it from me that you are in safe hands.

Was recommended to contact Paul for technical advice regarding a remote camera after the manufacturer said it was out of warranty and couldn't be fixed and to buy a new one. Paul managed to fix it within a day! Very knowledgeable and friendly.
