Contemporary society often readily complains about poor service quality, yet tends to take exceptional customer service for granted, often failing to acknowledge or reward it. I encountered an issue with my Pulsar handheld thermal spotter, and over time, I believed it had deteriorated to the point where I needed to purchase a replacement. I was directed to Thomas Jacks for assistance with my equipment. Right from my initial phone call, I was deeply impressed by their adeptness at problem-solving, instead of merely suggesting the purchase of a costly new piece of equipment. Just 15 minutes after my call, I received remarkably clear instructions via email on how to perform a master reset, wipe data, and update the software, along with a request to inform them of my progress so that they could offer further assistance if needed. I am sincerely grateful for the exceptional customer service!

I'm really happy with the service I received from Thomas Jacks. I contacted them to diagnose and repair my Pulsar Axion2. The communication before I sent the Pulsar to them was excellent and their diagnosis was spot on (dirty sensor surface). The repair (from me dispatching the Pulsar to receiving it back) was just over two weeks and I also received an email explaining everything they'd done, along with the tracking details for the return delivery.

I sent my Pulsar Accolade 2 LRF pro XP50 to Thomas Jacks for a sticking refresh shutter which produced a lot of severe ghosting to my images.......the item was under guarantee.......the conversation prior to repair was concise and to the point......i had to send item registered and insured post because of the value of the binoculars......the item was returned in full working order within 10 days....i am extremely happy with their customer service.....would thoroughly recommend as a repair service for Pulsar products....

Sent my rifle night scope to Thomas Jacks, they thoroughly checked it out without finding fault apart from cleaning it and replacing a torn eye piece. They then carefully packaged the scope and sent it back to me free of charge as a good gesture.
