I'm still not connected and can't access my Software
I didn't get an ID for access the software and when I try to get my username and password it doesn't work
I'm not happy about that and calling customer service now

I've been using etakeoff for approximately 8 to 10 years...it is a great takeoff program, and the support team are great. They are very responsive with excellent turn around times. The program is easy to use. I would highly recommend this program and thier team.

The program is very good and easy to run. I especially like the fact that I can create traces that match my estimating program and so far have not had a problem with how many I can have. The pattern search is more accurate than the two other programs I have used. The support team is fast to respond usually within an hour or sooner and very knowledgeable. They get things fixed in no time. My problems have usually been self-created but they get it fixed no matter what!
