I enjoy Etakeoff. It makes our job better and easier.

It does a good job at take off, but it is hands down the most inefficient takeoff software in existence. Most days i just want to slit my own throat because of this software. If i work a 14 hour day lets say, then 4 or more hours of that is waiting on, or dealing with some issue with etakeoff. I hate it.

The software works exactly as described. I'm still learning some of the keyboard shortcuts but that will come in time with repeated use.

Very easy to start using in 10 minutes. Enabled me to bid more work because I had more time to bid.

"zoom issue"

I wish the marking on the drawings stayed the same in relation to the drawing and didn't get larger and smaller as you zoomed in or out. Would like to mark piping drawings to show scope and send it to suppliers.
