Halton fitted our stair lift when every one else said they could not, Halton proved them wrong. Not only did they fit it in but they saved us on average over £1500. Their service was quick efficient and excellent, their fitters were competent quick, helpful and tidy. We are extremely pleased and would recommend Halton to anyone.

"Halton Stair Lifts"

Have had a new stair lift from Halton Stairs for 12 months. I can only say that they are a great company with great service. I needed the stair lift installed rapidly as my wife who has MS had a bad fall last year. They installed within 2-3 days from contacting them. They respond to call outs within a couple of hours. This Christmas Eve we had a problem, rang them at 8am and engineer knocked at door 10am, fixed problem at 10.30 am, that good service. Once your 12 month warranty is up make sure you take out another 12 months maintenance / breakdown plan. I found this local company by chance and having had bad experiences with the bigger companies due to my parents I would honestly recommend this company on price, quality and service.

"My opinion"

The fitters were very good, but unfortunately my wife passed away before she had a chance to use it and the company only offered me a third of what I paid for it to come and take it back.
The fitters who took it out were good as well.
So after 2 weeks of having it in my house I lost £800.
That is why I only gave 3 stars.
