Finanshels Team was working very well with us in using Xero application introduction. They requested for all the details they needed and questioned accordingly to complete the task. Even though I gave 5-star my opinion is that they should have been more transparent and informative when we're starting to handle Xero on our own as we made it very clear we are not experienced people, with background in that filed. There was a lack of some information in their guides which made our work harder and longer. But overall communication was and is very good!
