I ordered the small Harvest Right Freeze Dryer. All aspecs of ordering and the delivery were above my expectations. We had a little bit of a game of tag at the shipper end but all was sorted out by both Harvest Right and Albert from Trimleaf. The machine is now up and running and I am loving it!

I really appreciated the quick response from Albert when I had questions. It makes a huge difference to have an actual person to correspond with rather than automated - push this button - type of assistance. The shipping info provided was great and the freight company gave us the option of picking the unit up at their depot which was really great as well as curb side drop off would not have worked. For anyone purchasing one of these - it is important to know that the unit is very heavy and will require someone with some strength to unload
