Although the gift I ordered didn't arrive with all it's correct bits, Not Socks was quick to post the missing bit out. When it didn't arrive before the gift receiver returned to Australia, they refunded the cost of postage. Not ideal but handled very quickly and very well. Thank you for correcting this.
