The lady who served us in Exclusive Lighting, Christopher Pratts, Leeds was extremely helpful. Mum has a severe visual impairment, and your employee spent time with us talking through the various options with regard to ceiling lights and installing different light bulbs so Mum could work out which lighting suited her best. We never felt hurried or pressured into making a decision and she even carried the lights out to my car when I called at the store to collect. I wanted some specific outside lights, the sales lady showed me their collection which did not have what I was looking for. I explained this to the lady who said that she had received lights similar to what I was looking for but had not put them out. She said that she would go and get them to show me, the lights were just what I was looking for.
