THIS COMPANY GIVES A AMAZON VOUCHER FOR LEAVING A POSITIVE REVIEW so most of these reviews are most probably biased.

Poor customer service. Lack of package knowledge.

They will push hard to sell the package without telling you the rates and stuff and promise you a fixed rate for all card types, but not go into detail of actual rates.

They will make you hear all the stuff you want to hear only when the first months statement comes you will see all the nonsense fees added.

Also card device has connection issues although its got a 4g connection it keeps disconnecting.
they even charge for refund. absolutely ridiculous.

Can’t fault these guys at all, everything was done within the timeframe we were promised, the terminals are way more advanced then the ones we had, even our customers seem to think we look a lot more professional. When we got the terminals Umar even video called us to make sure they were set up correctly and everything was running smoothly. I must have messaged him several times after business hours and always got a prompt reply even after everything was up and running. From what I have seen these guys go above and beyond for their clients. Great company and a great work ethic.
