Couldn't recommend Novopay highly enough. The customer service is the best I have dealt regarding card machines. You can always reach them easily whenever you need them and they are very proactive in helping you and solving any issues. No long wait times on the phone or anything. It feels like a very personal service and that is very rare with most of these companies.

Best provider I’ve dealt with to date. Got the best rates compared to others, I have now taken out another machine from Novopay. Excellent service by the Novopay team, Minhaj sets up my machines before posting out, it was simply a case of plug and play and you’re ready to go. Very simple and easy to deal with no hard selling salesmen they really do offer the best rates with a polite, professional approach.
